Norfolk, Va. - A second person charged in the Norfolk bribery investigation is expected to plead guilty in federal court tomorrow.

The case originally began when Norfolk plumber Andrew T. Zoby admitted he bribed a pair of Norfolk supervisors to get more city work.

Zoby pleaded guilty and faces a decade in prison.

One of the people Zoby said he bribed is scheduled for a plea hearing tomorrow.

The other Norfolk supervisor caught up in the case has not been charged.
