A frozen snack food recall has exploded from under 200,000 pounds to over 10 million pounds.

Rich Products announced last month a recall of heat-treated, frozen mini meals and snack items. The recall was for several items including quesadillas, pizzas and other meals.

Today, the company expanded the list of recalled items to over 10.5 million pounds because they may be contaminated with E. coli.

The new expanded recall covers all products that were produced at the company’s plant in Waycross, Ga with a “Best by” date ranging from January 1, 2013 to September 29.
