Norfolk, Va. – A Norfolk man has been arrested in the fatal stabbing of his neighbor Sunday morning.
50-year-old Marvin Gregory Thornsbury was stabbed in the 9600 block of 9th View St. around 8:45am Sunday, police say. He later died at a hospital.
60-year-old Gerald Donald Brockett has been charged with murder and is being held in the Norfolk City Jail.
Police say Thornsbury and Brockett were neighbors. The motive for the stabbing remains under investigation.
