According to Jan Clark with the Portsmouth Police Department, the accident happened at 6:25 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2013, in the 400 block of Port Centre Parkway at Edwards Street.

The two vehicles, a motorcycle and 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, crashed near the intersection of Edwards Street.
