Report: Soldiers, police team up to clear roads
NELLYSFORD, Va. (WTKR) – Virginia soldiers and state police worked together to clear an abandoned truck from Route 664 near Nellysford, according to the Virginia Guard.
WTVR CBS 6 in Richmond reports the soldiers, from the Charlottesville-based Company C, 429th Brigade Support Battalion, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, are among the 200 personnel called to active duty to help following Wednesday’s snow.
