In Norfolk five people have been charged in the 2012 murder of Carlton Dean, Jr.
Police arrested Jerry Jackson, Deshawn Johnson, Justin Mask, Salathiel Taylor.
A 16-year-old was also arrested.
Police say they killed dean on Vincent Avenue which is not far from Ballentine back on September 21st.
All five people are charged with murder, robbery and use of a firearm.
