Norfolk police searching for convicted carjacker

Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk police are searching for a convicted carjacker who failed to report to start his prison sentence.

Police say 30-year-old Ronneil Battle is considered dangerous. Battle is described as a thinly built Black Male, 5’10, 160lbs, with dreadlocks, facial beard and moustache.

Battle is known to frequent the Tanner’s Creek, Norview, and Coleman Place communities.
