JEB Little Creek Fort Story gets new commander
There’s a new commander at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Fort Story.
Captain Frank Hughlett relieved captain Charles Stuppard this morning in Virginia Beach.
The Virginia native said he’s a little nervous, but he spoke on the importance of his new command.
The outgoing CO is now headed to Saudi Arabia for a military training mission.
