Norfolk, Va. –Phylicia Robinson is the Norfolk woman who disappeared in October and was found dead a little more than a month later.

Police think Jamiel Graves is the man who did it.

Her remains were found stuffed in a closet inside his home prompting a charge of second degree murder.

In the very brief hearing in a Norfolk court room Thursday, the judge read results of an evaluation by a doctor who determined he is competent to stand trial here and is competent to enter a plea in the case.

It's been heartbreaking for Robinson's family because, police say, she and Graves didn't even know each other besides being neighbors.

He's also accused of killing Mandi Myers in Virginia Beach.

She is the mother of Graves' two kids. In that case, there's a hearing set for Wednesday in a Beach courtroom.

A preliminary hearing will be held in General District Court on April 9th.
