Detectives need your help to solve a double murder investigation.

A heartbroken father spoke with NewsChannel 3 about the murder of his son, Clifton Christian.

He was about to turn 25 when he was gunned down in the parking lot of a bar in Hampton.

His mother Barbara says Cliff was trying to break up an argument between his friend and another man when he was shot.

Cliff's friend Joseph Mcqueen was also killed.

In the early morning hours of January 19th, the two were shot outside the White Oak Lodge.

Hampton detective Steven Rodey is investigating the case.

Police say the shooting happened just before 2 a.m. when Cliff and his friend were leaving the bar.

Police say they know the victims were hanging out in the bar that night with other customers.  What they don't know is if the shooter is one of those other customers or maybe came up to them in the parking lot.

Cliff's big sister Ladonna is hoping one of our viewers will take action.
