Women wanted for allegedly using counterfeit money in York Co.
York Co., Virginia – Police are searching for two women wanted for allegedly using counterfeit money at a grocery store.
It happened on January 24, 2013. Police say at approximately 5:10 p.m., two females were seen entering the Food Lion store located on Hampton Highway in York County. They allegedly used $1,514.85 in counterfeit currency, to purchase several pre-paid VISA cards.
Police say they were also seen with a young man between the ages of 18-25.
