Responsible for all FedEx Office (FXO), National Account (NAD) and Government Marketing) GMD processes, and call handling procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to proactive close-outs, waste toner requests, escalations, Kana, ImageWare requests, in-bound dealer calls, customer follow-ups. Applicants should be prepared to work from home in the event of a building closure. Willingness and ability to provide additional help during high call volume periods and a minimum of six months experience in FXO, NAD and GMD required.
