Arrest made in Norfolk arsons
Norfolk, Va. – Police have made an arrest in a string of arsons in Norfolk.
Police have arrested and charged this man, 49-year-old David Wise.
Norfolk Fire & Rescue says there was a dumpster fire on North Military Highway on Tuesday, January 30, 2013.
They say Wise was seen near the area, and police picked him up a short time later.
Police say Wise confessed to setting several fires in Norfolk over the past few days.
