Suffolk, Va. – A man is lucky to be alive after a drive-by shooting in Suffolk early Sunday morning.

Suffolk police say the 18-year-old was getting out of a car in the College Square section of Suffolk around 2:30am when it happened.

The other three people in the car say a dark colored, two door Honda or Acura slowly drove by and they heard one gunshot. The bullet grazed the victim’s head and he was transported to Sentara Belleharbour with non-life threatening injuries.
