Hampton, Va. - Crews are still on the scene of an early morning apartment fire in Hampton.

The fire started just after midnight Wednesday morning at the building on North King Street and Tudor Court.

Fire officials say one person had to be rescued from a second floor window.
Officials say there are eight apartments in this building.

At least four of them are damaged from the fire. Crews say part of the roof of the building is gone.

Officials are still trying to figure out exactly how many people lived in the apartments damaged by the fire.

No word yet on any injuries. Fire officials say they are still looking for a cause.
