Plane crashes into hangar
Newport News, VA. – An airplane crashed into a hangar at the Newport News Williamsburg International Airport Saturday afternoon.
Officials from the airport tell us the accident caused the Piper Arrow One to go into the side of a hanger at Rick Aviation.
The Newport News fire department says a crew was working on the plane on the ground when it was left out of the proper gear and drifted away.
No one was injured in the incident.
The National Transportation and Safety Board is investigating.
