Virginia Beach, Va. - On Wednesday, a Virginia Beach man will learn just how much time he'll have to spend behind bars.

Two months ago, Michael Gaul pleaded guilty to manufacturing marijuana, drug possession and conspiracy. He admitted to growing it in his home he shared with his wife, a former teacher. He said he did it to pay off bills.

His wife, Allison Tuthill Gaul, was a teacher at Corporate Landing Middle School, but she resigned because of this case.

She pleaded guilty in May to misdemeanor possession with intent to distribute.

She wasn't sentenced to any jail time.
