Coast Guard Cutter Tampa returns to Portsmouth

Video: The Coast Guard Cutter Tampa is coming home.

It will drop anchor Friday afternoon in Portsmouth.

During the Tampa’s deployment, the crew seized more than two tons of cocaine – worth $55 million.
