On Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at approximately 11:30 p.m., an employee of a Virginia Beach business was making a night deposit at the Towne Bank located in the 200 block of Constitution Drive. The victim parked her vehicle and walked to the bank’s deposit box.

The suspect emerged from the bushes, grabbed the victim, and placed an unknown object in her back.

There was a witness in the victim’s vehicle that heard her scream and also saw the suspect. The witness saw the suspect grab the deposit bag and run in the direction of Town Center Drive. The victim and the witness returned to their place of business and called the police.

Photos of the suspect were captured from the ATM camera.
