Pet adoption deals for veterans, active-duty military
In honor of Veterans Day, the Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center will offer special adoption fees this Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for all veterans and active duty military members.
If you have served or are currently serving our country, you now have the chance to adopt your furry friend for half off.
All veterans and active duty military personnel will receive half off the price of adoptions during the Veterans Day holiday weekend.
The adoption hours for the dates of November 9, 10, and 11 are as follows:
Friday, November 9 from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, November 10 and 11 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Monday, November 11 from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Bring your military I.D. or other paperwork showing that you served to adopt any animal for HALF OFF the adoption fee.
The Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center is located at 341 S. Birdneck Road, Virginia Beach, between General Booth Boulevard and Virginia Beach Boulevard.
