The third annual "Hold 'Em for Heroes" was held Sunday in Virginia Beach.

The poker run is put on by Wounded Wear to benefit wounded warriors and their families.

Money raised through the poker run and auction supports wounded wear, the Virginia Beach-based non-profit provides modified clothing to wounded servicemen and women.

The company was started by Jason Redman in 2009. Redman saw a need after being severely wounded himself in Iraq about five years ago not just for clothing, but to make people more aware.

So with the help of the community, they're making sure that mission is fulfilled.
