Norfolk International Airport holds auction for items left behind

Have you ever wondered what happens to the items you lose at the airport?

Lots of people came out for a chance to win the stuff you leave behind at the airport.

Norfolk International Airport held an auction for things like a pair of Doctor Dre Boost headphones, a snowplow, and lots of cellphones!

All the money from the auction goes into the airport’s general fund.

Items only go up for sale if airport workers cannot track down the owners.
