Lift tests on the James River Bridge

In Suffolk, crews are testing out the bridge lift on the James River Bridge today.

The lifts will last for about 15 minutes and will happen until 2 p.m. this afternoon.

You should be ready for a few delays in the area. This is all part of the project VDOT crews were working on over the weekend.
