Chesapeake man pleads guilty in death of 16-year-old brother
NewsChannel 3 has learned new details about a Chesapeake man accused of shooting and killing his 16-year-old-brother.
Jeremy Casper pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter.
Jordon Casper was killed back in April inside a Deep Creek Boulevard mobile home.
Police searched for Jeremy Casper for several days before he turned himself in.
He is scheduled to be sentenced February 25th.
