Man charged with 9 counts of incest
An Isle of Wight County man is in jail after police charged him with 9 counts of incest.
56-year-old Carl Noce was arrested yesterday at his job at the Surry Power Plant.
Police say they were tipped off about a 3-year relationship he had with a family member beginning in 1998.
Noce is expected to be in court for those charges Tuesday.
