Special “Pink” Chesapeake Fire Truck shares message of hope

This Chesapeake truck is anything but fire engine red.

October is breast cancer awareness month, so the Chesapeake Fire Department used donations to outfit this special truck.

Firefighters say they are using the truck to share their message of hope.

The truck is displayed at various stations throughout the city.
