Virginia Beach convenience store robbed overnight

Virginia Beach emergency dispatch tells NewsChannel 3 police are investigating an armed robbery that happened Tuesday night.

According to officials, it happened at the 7-Eleven store in the 1400 block of Harpers Road around midnight last night.

No injuries were reported.

Police say the suspect is described as a black male, mid 20s. They say he was wearing a mask covering his face at the time of the robbery.
