Suicide bombing kills 16 in Afghanistan

At least 16 people have died in a suicide attack in Northern Afghanistan near the city of Kunduz.

Officials say the attacker targeted police officers who had gathered to provide security for a demonstration.

Among the dead were ten police officers. Dozens of civilians were also injuried.
