Update: Bicyclist dies in accident on Northampton Blvd. in Norfolk

In Norfolk, a bicyclist is dead following an accident involving a van in the 5900 block of Northampton Blvd.

It happened just before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

Norfolk police identified the victim as 55-year-old Keith Vernon Knight of Chesapeake, Virginia. 

Police are investigating and have not decided if they should press charges.
