Tonight at 6 – Woman returns to condemned apartment to find belongings misplaced

After flooding hit her City Line apartment Saturday, Kemeisha Brown says she was told she had until the end of the week to remove her belongings.

However, when she returned home on Tuesday, she found her stuff in a pile out front – and even more in the trash, including a special crib for her son.
