People Taking Action: Man saves couple in sinking SUV

Two people in Hampton have a lot to be thankful for today. 

Thanks to the quick actions of one of their neighbors, they are alive to tell their story. 

Jesie Joyner jumped into action when the couple’s SUV became submerged in deep water. He says he used a hammer to break out one of the windows to free the couple from the vehicle.
