USS Truman gets new commanding officer

The USS Harry S. Truman has a new commanding officer.

Today, Captain S. Robert Roth took over the command of the aircraft carrier.

He relieved Captain Mewbourne of his duties as commanding officer.

Captain Mewbourne’s next assignment takes him to Great Lakes, Illinois where he will be commander of the Naval Service Training.
