Fighter squadrons to conduct landing practice at Oceana

Fighter squadrons at Naval Air Station Oceana will be conducting landing practice on Wednesday and Thursday. 

Navy officials say as many as five jets will take off, circle the air station and land.

Naval Air Station Oceana will be having a mishap drill tomorrow.

It’s part of the preparation for the air show.

They will be simulating errant fireworks, collapsed bleachers, and mass casualties.

The Oceana Air Show will be September 14th through the 16th.
