Perform skilled and technical work in operating an approved medical unit and perform care to patients while en route to medical facilities. Work also involves performing basic life-support skills should an emergency situation arise or be requested by primary responders. Employee is also responsible for maintaining vehicle in compliance with state and local regulations.

High school graduate or GED. Applicant must have valid VA OEMS credential as an EMT or higher and possession of a valid state driver’s license. Must pass per employment drug screening, criminal background check, and possess a clean driving record. Applicant must be at least 21, possess EVOC or equivalent to operate emergency vehicle.
