Man charged for illegally tattooing teenaged girls

Taylor Bledsoe says he was just trying to make some cash when he agreed to tattoo three teenaged girls in his Virginia Beach home.

He says he can’t hold a job because of his mental disorders so the payment of 50 dollars was enough for him to do the work.

Bledsoe says he ordered the tattoo equipment online and he says he was extra careful about sanitizing the equipment. But he is not state certified to tattoo legally.

Bledsoe is now facing three misdemeanor charges.
