Moped involved in accident in Ocean View
A moped driver was taken to the hospital after an accident on Ocean View Avenue.
The car’s driver says he was trying to turn into a hotel parking lot when the moped struck the back of his car. The driver says luckily the moped driver was wearing a helmet.
The driver of the car was charged with failure to yield.
The driver of the moped was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. There is no word on the extent of their injuries.
